Located in Saint-Avit-Sénieur, our estate offers 10 warm and fully equipped wooden cottages , comfortably accommodating families, groups of friends, clubs, or workshop participants. Here, everyone enjoys their own living space while sharing convivial moments in the great outdoors.
The advantages of privatization during the mid-season:
- Capacity and independence: Flexible accommodation to bring together all your loved ones without the close quarters of a traditional hotel.
- A preserved natural setting: Enjoy the absolute calm of the Périgord nature, the hiking trails starting from the estate and our wellness services (outdoor massages, etc.).
- On-site facilities: Electric vehicle charging station, secure outdoor areas and an ideal setting for starting motorcycle or bicycle rides.
- Slow Tourism: A stay designed to disconnect, breathe and savor the local way of life away from the summer hustle and bustle.
- Common room: For everyone to get together over a drink or a good meal, the 50-person common room can be booked for an additional fee; this also includes the terrace area, bar and pizza oven.
Noise regulations and respect for the neighborhood
The privatization of the entire Hameau des Laurières allows its residents to fully enjoy the site in a private setting. However, in order to respect the peace and quiet of local residents and to comply with current noise pollution regulations, the following provisions must be strictly observed:
- From 11 p.m. onwards: The playing of amplified music (DJ, loud outdoor sound systems) and excessive outdoor noise (shouting, singing, noisy entertainment) are strictly prohibited .
- Beyond this time: The playing of music must be turned off or reduced to a purely "ambient" level inside closed buildings, with doors and windows closed.
Failure to comply with these instructions will result in the Renter being held solely responsible in the event of a complaint or citation by law enforcement, and may lead to a deduction from the deposit .
A security deposit check will be required (€800).
